Whatever your issue, The Didim Hypnotherapy Clinic has put together a series of programs designed to help you overcome your issues and meet your weight goals.
1. Initial Consulation
This is a free session for you to attend and discuss your issues with me. Based on our discussions we will decide which course of action would suit your needs most.
2. 8-week session
Using a tried and tested combination of hypnotherapy and NLP techniques this program aims to help you completely change the way you act towards and around food, change negative eating patterns, think more positively about food and exercise, and maintain these changes in behaviour forever. Over the course of the sessions you will be looking at: forming your outcomes for a positive result; reframing compusive eating; training in self-hypnosis; stopping emotional eating and stress management; making sensible food choices; creating an intelligent relationship with food; boosting motivation to exercise; and pulling all the different elements together for lasting results. You are given ‘homework’ at the end of each session, and encouraged to lose specific amounts of weight before the next session.
3. 3-week session
This is a ‘lite’ version of the above, cherry picking the more crucial aspects of the program to help people move in the right direction.
4. Single session suggestion therapy
Sometimes you know you need to start thinking aout what you eat and just need a little kick start. Sometimes, even if you have successfully reduced your weight in the last few months, those last few pounds are the most difficult to shift. You get stuck, reach a plateau, no matter how hard you try, how hard you work, those last few notches on the scales just stubbornly refuse to budge! Some highly specific suggestion therapy is going to give you that nudge in the right direction, help you make a subtle shift in your thinking to work towards getting things moving again.
Undergoing surgery to achieve weight loss may seem dramatic, but often desperation has no llimits! As we all know from the news, getting a gastric band operation on the NHS is extremely difficult, and going private is often prohibitive. In the UK, the average cost of an operation is between £7-8000. Coming overseas to places like Turkey is an alternative, with costs averaging around £4500. Having an imaginary gastric band fitted through hypnosis however offers a real alternative, at just £360 it may be the best money you will have saved, while STILL getting the weight loss results you are after.
As with real surgery, an imaginary gastric band will still require huge shifts in your feelings and behaviour towards food, and you will need to make massive lifestyle changes. It is not a quick fix, nor a miracle cure, but as I also incorporate behaviour therapy into the sessions to try and ease the process for you.
What you will avoid is: lengthy recovery times and stays in hospital; the risks involved in major surgery; discomfort and painful side effects (including nausea and vomiting, constipation, diarrhaoea, difficulty swallowing, reflux or regurgitation of food.
This program is suitable for those with more than two stone to lose, or have a BMI of 35 or above. Please do consult your doctor or medical practitioner before you decide that you want to undergo an imaginary gastric band.
The program itself is based upon four or five days of treatment (each session lasts approximately 90 minutes), which can be taken on consecutive days, over a couple of weeks or longer if you wish – ideal for those who would like to combine it with a couple of weeks break in Turkey.
